What is your return policy?
We gladly accept cancellations--Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase by sending us an email. If a request for cancellation is not received within the first hour of purchase, we will be unable to cancel the order and/or issue a return of funds.
We do not accept returns or exchanges; however, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
What if my order is damaged or defective?
Hopefully that does not happen, but if you have a damaged or defective item, please email us at and we’ll take care of you. If you have a damaged or defective item, please do NOT initiate a self-service return.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please email us at within 1 hour of your order being placed. If a request for cancellation is not received within the first hour of purchase, we will be unable to cancel the order and/or return the funds.
What are your business hours?
Our hours of business operation are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM eastern time. During this time, we respond to emails within the hour. Outside of these hours, we are spending time with our loved ones. We can still be reached via email and we will get back to you the next business day.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free all year, all purchases. We ship products within 7-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently ship to all addresses in the U.S. Please note that delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may take 10-14 business days.
